This paves the way for discovering an individualized, sustainable eating style that organically transforms into a new way of life. This life transformation will open the opportunity for you to willingly shed your protective exterior false self, along with the habitual food-based coping mechanisms (dieting, bingeing, emotional overeating, restricting, compensatory methods of purging calories) that keep you imprisoned. You can then confidently welcome the inner authentic self to shine through releasing an overall sense of serenity, mind-body reconciliation, and wellbeing.

Our practice is self-pay. We do not accept insurance at this time. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for sessions.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48-hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged in full for the session.
